1. Provider

The provider and contracting party is the operator of tasketeer.com, Eisenbahnstraße 1, 88677 Markdorf, Germany, reachable at system@tasketeer.com. Further details are in the imprint.

2. Description of the service

tasketeer.com is an SEO work platform. It is used to analyse website and search metrics and to organise related work processes, in particular tasks, projects, reporting and internal SEO helpers. The specific features and limits depend on the plan booked.

The public website informs about the offering. Access to the application requires registration or invitation and a successful sign-in.

3. Account and access

An account is required to use the application. Sign-in is generally via a magic link to a stored email address. Access credentials and invitations must not be shared with unauthorised third parties.

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account insofar as you are at fault. Misuse or unauthorised access must be reported immediately to system@tasketeer.com. We may suspend or delete accounts if these terms are breached or the security of the platform is at risk.

4. Trial, contract and subscription

New accounts can try tasketeer.com for 14 days. The contract is formed when registration is completed. Payment is processed via Stripe. The card is charged only if the subscription is not cancelled in time after the trial.

After the trial the subscription continues monthly on the chosen plan unless it is cancelled beforehand. Prices, included features and VAT follow from the pricing page or the Stripe checkout summary. Plans can be changed. Cancellation is possible before the next billing date and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Google connection

Linking a Google account is optional. It is only needed if Search Console or Analytics data should be shown in the app. tasketeer.com requests read-only access and does not publish, delete or change Google data on behalf of users. The connection can be disconnected at any time in settings or in the Google account.

6. Acceptable use

The platform may only be used for lawful SEO and project work. In particular, the following is not permitted:

• Access without authorisation or circumvention of access controls
• Misuse of integrations, APIs or AI features
• Uploading or processing unlawful content
• Disruption of operations, automated attacks or excessive load
• Sharing access outside the booked team or plan

You confirm that you are authorised for the connected websites, Google properties and other work data.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for operation with as few interruptions as possible, but do not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security updates or third-party outages (hosting, Google, Stripe, email) may temporarily restrict access. Features may be developed, adjusted or – with reasonable prior notice where appropriate – discontinued, provided the purpose of the contract is preserved.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In the event of slight negligence in breaching material contractual duties, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. tasketeer.com does not warrant rankings, traffic or other SEO results.

9. Privacy

Information on personal data processing, the Google connection and cookies is in the privacy policy.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Markdorf. Mandatory consumer protection rules at the user’s place of residence remain unaffected.

If a provision is invalid, the remainder of these terms remains in effect. If the content changes, we update this page and adjust the date above. Continued use after publication is deemed acceptance where legally permitted; we will give additional notice of material changes.
